All services are administrative and logistical in nature.
4. Independent ContractorsCourt reporters, videographers, and other service providers engaged through By The Clause are independent contractors, not employees of the Company.While we make reasonable efforts to vet and coordinate qualified professionals, we do not guarantee:performance outcomes

5. Service Requests & Scheduling
All service requests are subject to availability
We strive to fulfill requests promptly, including urgent or same-day needs when possible
A request is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us
6. Fees & Payment Terms
Fees for services will be communicated prior to or at the time of confirmation
Payment terms may vary depending on the client relationship and scope of services
Invoices may be issued per job or under agreed billing arrangements (e.g., Net 30)
Failure to pay invoices may result in:suspension of services

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations may be subject to fees, especially for short notice (e.g., within 24 hours)
